Yes. When it comes to the basics. Any specisl cleanings or special chemicals will need to be provided by the homeowner. This helps us ensure we are able to clean your home just the way you like, while guaranteeing none of your surfaces are damaged by chemical cleaners.

Absolutely NOT! Our maids, while spectacular to look at, are cleaning professionals. Touching of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the service without refund. DON’T DO IT.

Black Orchid Maids are specially trained to offer a wide range of cleaning services including but not limited to: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning sinks, tubs, mirrors, doing and folding laundry, making beds cleaning windows, scrubbing appliances, and much more! Just be sure to specify exactly what you wish to have tidied up when you book your appointment. 

Yes. Black Orchid Maids is a legitimate cleaning company. While we provide an exotic cleaning service unlike any other, we do so in a completely professional capacity. Touching or sexual activity of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund. 

Yes. We screen all of our cleaning professionals for your safety and screen all each client for the safety of the maids. We want all parties involved to enjoy this experience. Safety comes first.

Tipping is always encouraged. We work hard to provide you with the best cleaning service possible and genuinely appreciate any additional incentive you wish to provide.

Completely! Your maid will arrive plainly dressed in casual clothing and change upon arrival to your home or business. Furthermore your credit card will be charged to a discrete address giving no indication of the services you are paying for on those pesky credit card statements. It will be our little secret.

Only with explicit permission. Once again our maids are professionals who value privacy and discretion as much as you do. Only upon permission from the maids are any photos or videos allowed. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of service without refund. 

You will need to provide a valid state issued ID, billing address information, a credit card, email, and address of the appointment.
